Villa owner allow guests up to 6 guests maximum
Timing
- check in: 3 pm
- check out: 12 pm
Cancellation/ Change booking
- Canceling or changing the booking dates can only happen before 14 calendar days of arrival and you accept that there will be no refund for the full amount if you chose to cancel/ change it in less than 14 days before arrival date.
- Bookings for Eids and National vacations can’t be cancelled or reschedule at all and if customer wants to do so then there will be no refund.
- There will be 1000 AED refundable insurance with each check in.
- parties for more than 10 adults is not permitted.
- pets, smoking are not allowed inside or outside the villa.
