These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between you and EVERYWHERE that governs your right to use the website. When used in these Terms, “EVERYWHERE,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the EVERYWHERE entity with whom you are contracting.
Users (“Members”) can publish, offer, search for, and book services using the EVERYWHERE Platform’s online marketplace. “villa owners” are members who post and provide services, whereas “Guests” are members who look for, reserve, or utilize services. Accommodations, experiences, and other travel-related services are all provided by owners (collectively referred to as “villa owner Services/ rental services,” with each listing for an owner Service being referred to as a “Listing”). For access to and use of many services of the EVERYWHERE Platform, you must create an account, and you must maintain the accuracy of your account information. EVERYWHERE does not operate, own, supply, or manage any Listings or villa owners Services in its capacity as the platform’s provider. In addition to not being a party to the agreements made directly between villa owners and Guests, EVERYWHERE is also not a real estate broker, travel organization, or insurance company. EVERYWHERE does not serve in any position as a member’s agent.
These Terms are supplemented by other terms and policies, such as our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of personal data. If you are the owner of a villa, it is your responsibility to know and abide by any laws, rules, and regulations, as well as any contracts with third parties, that pertain to the provision of your rental Services.
Guest Terms
Booking
When you book a Listing, you agree to pay all costs for your booking, including the Listing Price, EVERYWHERE’s service fee, offline fees, online payment fees, taxes, and any other things mentioned during checkout (collectively, the “Total Price”). You agree that EVERYWHERE may charge the Payment Method used to book the Listing to recover Damage Claim amounts via EVERYWHERE Payments. When you get the booking confirmation, you and the villa owner instantly enter into a contract for villa owner Services (a “Reservation”). You are subject to and responsible for complying with the conditions of the Reservation, including, without limitation, the cancellation policy and any other rules, standards, regulations, or requirements mentioned in the Listing or during checkout that relate to the Reservation. Before reserving a Listing, you must read and comprehend these rules, standards, regulations, and criteria.
Villas Reservations
A Reservation for an Accommodation is restricted permission to access, occupy, and utilize the Accommodation. The villa owner reserves the right to re-enter the Accommodation during your stay if:
- if it is reasonably required
- your contract with the villa owner permits it
- it is compatible with relevant legislation. If you overstay, the villa owner has the right to ask you to depart in accordance with relevant legislation, which may include imposing reasonable overstay fines. You are not allowed to exceed the maximum number of permitted Guests.
Reserving Experiences and Additional Villa Owner Services
A Reservation for an Experience or other villa owner Service authorizes you to participate, attend, or utilize that villa owner Service. You are responsible for ensuring that you and anybody you invite meet any age, competency, physical fitness, or other prerequisites. You are responsible for notifying the villa owner of any medical or physical issues or other situations that may affect your ability to participate, attend, or utilize the villa owner’s Service. Except when specifically permitted, you may not let someone join a villa owner Service unless they were booked as an extra guest.
Cancellations, Travel Problems, Refunds, and Changes to Reservations
If, as a Guest, you cancel a Reservation, the amount reimbursed to you is generally set by the cancellation policy applicable to that Reservation. In some circumstances, however, other policies take precedence and decide the amount of your return. Under our Policy for Extenuating Circumstances, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund if circumstances beyond your control compel you to cancel a Reservation. You may be entitled for rebooking help or a partial or full refund under our Guest Refund Policy if the villa owner cancels or if you have a Travel Issue (as described in our Cancellation/Refund Policy).
Service fees are not refundable under any circumstances as it is immediately deducted from the payment getaway provider and can’t be refunded in any scenario.
Changes to Reservations
Guests and villa owners are responsible for any booking changes they agree to make using our Platform or by directly contacting EVERYWHERE customer support and agree to pay any extra sums, fees, or taxes connected with any Booking Modification.
Your Responsibilities
You are accountable and liable for your own actions and omissions, as well as the actions and omissions of anyone you ask to join or get access to any Accommodation, Experience, or other Host Service. This means, among other things:
- you are responsible for leaving an Accommodation (and related personal property) in the condition it was in when you arrived.
- you are responsible for paying all reasonable Damage Claim amounts necessary to cover damage you, your guest(s), or your pet(s) cause to an Accommodation.
- you must always act with integrity, treat others with respect, and comply with applicable laws.
- If you are reserving for a minor extra guest or bringing a child to a Host Service, you must be legally allowed to act on behalf of the minor and you are completely responsible for their supervision.
Your Risk Acceptance
You acknowledge that many activities involve associated risks and agree, to the maximum extent allowed by the applicable law, that you assume the entire risk arising from your access to and use of EVERYWHERE Platform and any Content, including your stay at any Accommodation, participation in any Experience, use of any other villa owner Services, or any other interaction you have with other Members, whether online or offline. This implies that it is your obligation to assess if a villa owner’s Service is suitable for you. For instance, participating in villa owner Services may expose you to the risk of disease, bodily harm, disability, or death, and you knowingly and willingly take these risks by choosing to do so.
Insurance
You agree to pay insurance for villa owners either by our platform or cash before checking in. We are only liable to refund the amount paid through our payment channels. Refunding insurance may take between 5 to 12 working days depending on your bank. If the damage detected exceeds the insurance amount then you agree to pay whatever the remaining or the villa owner has the right to inform the legal authorities in their emirate.
Villa owner Terms
Villa owner
As a villa owner, we provide you permission to utilize our platform to share your Accommodation, Experience, or other Services with our thriving community of Guests and make money along the way. It is simple to make a Listing, and you have complete control over your hosting. You can determine the pricing, availability, and regulations for every Listing.
Agreements with Guests
When you accept a booking request or get a booking confirmation over this platform, you create a contract directly with the Guest and are responsible for performing your Service in accordance with the terms and at the price mentioned in your Listing. You also agree to pay EVERYWHERE’s service charge and all relevant taxes for each reservation. Unless you and EVERYWHERE agree on another method, EVERYWHERE Payments will take amounts owed from your payment. Any terms, policies, or conditions that you put in a supplemental contract with Guests must:
- be consistent with these Terms and Policies, as well as the information is given in your Listing
- be clearly stated in your Listing description.
The individuality of villa owners
Your relationship with EVERYWHERE is that of an independent individual or company; you are not an EVERYWHERE employee, agent, joint venture, or partner, except for EVERYWHERE Payments, which operates as a payment collection agent as defined in the Payments Terms. We do not direct or manage your Host Service, and you agree to have entire freedom over whether and when to provide villa owner Services, as well as the pricing and terms you offer.
Creating and Managing Your Listing
The EVERYWHERE Platform includes tools that facilitate the creation and management of Listings. Your Listing must provide comprehensive and accurate information about your Service, pricing, additional costs such as cleaning fees, resort fees, and offline fees, as well as any regulations or requirements that apply to your Guests or Listing. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and currency of your Listing’s information (always including calendar availability) and content (such as images).
Be Aware of Your Legal Obligations
You are responsible for knowing and adhering to all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and third-party contracts that relate to your Listing or Services. For instance: Some municipalities impose zoning or other restrictions on short-term home rentals. Before delivering rental Services, some emirates need villa owners to register, acquire permission, or acquire a license (such as short-term rentals, longer-term stays, preparing food, serving alcohol for sale, guiding tours, or operating a vehicle). In some locations, the rental Services you wish to provide may be entirely illegal. In some emirates, you are required to register Guests who stay at your Accommodation. Some others have laws that provide Guests tenancy rights and impose additional responsibilities on villa owners. Some locations, for instance, may apply landlord-tenant, rent control, and eviction regulations to extended stays. Check your local regulations to see which ones pertain to the rental Services you want to provide. The legal requirements that we give are for informational reasons only, and you should independently confirm your duties. You are responsible for managing and utilizing the personal information of Guests and other individuals in accordance with relevant privacy laws, and these Terms. If you have issues concerning the application of local legislation, you should always consult an attorney.
Your Responsibilities
You are accountable and liable for your own acts and omissions, as well as the acts and omissions of anyone you let participate in the provision of your villa rental Services. You are responsible for determining your listing’s pricing and creating its rules and criteria. You must explain any fees and charges in your Listing’s description, and you may not collect any fees or charges outside of our website unless specifically permitted under our Offline Fee Policy. In violation of our Off-Platform Policy, do not encourage Guests to create third-party accounts, write reviews, share their contact information, or perform other actions outside our platform.
Renting as an Organization or Group
If you work with a co-owner or rent as part of a team, corporation, or another organization, the entity and each person who participates in delivering rental Services are responsible and liable under these Terms as a villa owner. If you accept conditions or enter into contracts, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind your team, business, or other organization and that each entity you use is in good standing under the laws of the location in which it was founded. You represent and warrant that you are permitted to execute such tasks if you perform them. If you advise EVERYWHERE to transfer a portion of your payout to a co-owner or other owners or to send payments to another individual, you must be permitted to do so, and you are responsible for the payment amounts and accuracy of any payout information you give.
Your Acceptance of Risk
You realize that renting has certain hazards and agree to accept the whole risk arising from your access to and use of the EVERYWHERE website, your provision of rental Services, and any interaction you have with other Members, whether in person or online. You acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review this website and any laws, rules, regulations, or duties that may apply to your Listings or rental Services and that you are not relying on any EVERYWHERE-made legal declaration.
Cancellations and Travel-Related Concerns
In general, the amount paid to you if a Guest cancels a Reservation is determined by the cancellation policy that applies to that Reservation. As a villa owner, you must not cancel on a Guest without a valid reason under our Policy on Extenuating Circumstances or relevant legislation. If you cancel without a good cause, we have the right to charge a cancellation fee and additional penalties If:
- a Guest experiences a Travel Issue (as defined in the Guest Refund Policy)
- an Extenuating Circumstance occurs
- the amount you are paid will be reduced by the amount we refund or otherwise provide to the Guest, as well as any other reasonable costs we incur as a result of the cancellation.
If a Guest obtains a refund after you have already been paid, or if the amount of the refund and other costs incurred by EVERYWHERE exceed your payout, EVERYWHERE (via EVERYWHERE Payments) may recover that amount from you, including by deducting the refund from future payouts. You agree that EVERYWHERE’s Guest Refund Policy, Extenuating Circumstances Policy, and these Terms take precedence over your cancellation policy in cases where they permit cancellation of a Reservation and/or the provision of refunds to Guests. If we plan to offer a refund to a Guest in accordance with one of these rules, we may withhold payment for that Reservation until a refund determination has been reached.
Changes to Reservations
Villa owners and Guests are responsible for any Booking Changes they agree to make on the EVERYWHERE Platform or by contacting our customer service directly, and agree to pay any extra sums, fees, or taxes related to a Booking Modification.
Taxes on the villa owner
As a villa owner, it is your responsibility to determine and comply with your legal duties to report, collect, submit, or include in your pricing any relevant VAT or other indirect taxes, occupancy taxes, tourism, income, or other taxes (“Taxes”).
Taxes on the villa owner and payouts
The commission entitled to us is 10% of the final invoice value, excluding any discounts, based on the value of reservations made by users. Payouts are processed only for bookings where guests check in within the same month and these payments will be transferred within 10 to 14 working days from the beginning of the following month.
General Terms
Reporting Offenses
If you suspect that a Member, Listing, or Content constitutes an urgent threat to a person or property, you should call the local police immediately before contacting EVERYWHERE. Moreover, if you suspect that a Member, Listing, or Content has broken our Standards, you should notify EVERYWHERE of your concerns. We may obtain a copy of any incident report submitted to local authorities. Except when required by law, you acknowledge that we are under no obligation to respond to any report.
Term
The contract between you and us represented in these Terms becomes effective when you join EVERYWHERE Platform and continues until either you or we cancel it in accordance with these Terms.
Termination
This agreement may be terminated at any moment by writing us an email or by deleting your account. EVERYWHERE may cancel this agreement and your account for any reason by sending you an email with 10 days’ notice or by using any other contact information you have supplied for account termination. We may also end this agreement instantly without notice and completely stop providing access to the EVERYWHERE Platform if you breach these Terms, violate our terms and conditions or Policies, violate applicable laws, or we have a reasonable belief that termination is required to protect EVERYWHERE its members, or third parties. If your account has been dormant for more than one year, we reserve the right to deactivate it without warning.
Member Transgressions
In the event that you violate these Terms, our Additional Legal Terms, our Policies, or our Standards. EVERYWHERE may, with or without prior notice:
- stop or limit your access to or use of the EVERYWHERE Platform and/or your account
- suspend or delete Listings, Reviews, or other Content
- cancel pending or confirmed reservations
- suspend or revoke any special account status.
For minor infractions or if EVERYWHERE deems it otherwise acceptable in its sole discretion, you will be notified of EVERYWHERE’s intended action and given a chance to remedy the matter. You may challenge any actions we take according to this section by calling/emailing our customer service. If a Reservation is canceled pursuant to this Section, the amount paid to the villa owner will be reduced by the amount we refund or otherwise reimburse to the Guest, as well as any other cancellation-related expenses we incur.
Legal Mandates
EVERYWHERE may take any action it deems fairly required to comply with relevant law or the order or request of a court, law enforcement agency, or other administrative agency or governmental body.
Consequences of Termination
If you end your EVERYWHERE account as a villa owner, any confirmed booking(s) will be instantly canceled, and your Guests will get a full refund. If you terminate your account as a Guest, any confirmed booking(s) will be immediately canceled, and the terms of the Reservation’s cancellation policy will govern any applicable refunds. When this agreement has been canceled, neither your account nor any of your Content may be restored. If your access to or use of EVERYWHERE Platform has been restricted, your account has been suspended, or we have terminated this agreement, you are not permitted to register a new account or access or use EVERYWHERE Platform via the account of another Member.
Modification
EVERYWHERE reserves the right to alter these Terms at any moment. When we make substantial modifications to these Terms, we will post the updated Terms on the EVERYWHERE Platform and amend the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms. We will also notify you of any significant changes through email at least 5 days before their implementation date. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you may immediately terminate this agreement as specified in the Terms. If you do not terminate your agreement before to the day that the updated Terms become effective, your continuing access to or use of the EVERYWHERE Platform will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
Resolving Complaints and Claims for Damage
If a member produces credible proof that you, your guest(s), or your pet(s) injured the complaining Member’s real or personal property, or real or personal property for which the complaining Member is accountable, including consequential damages, the complaining Member may alert EVERYWHERE. You will receive notification of the Damage Claim and have 5 days to react. EVERYWHERE can collect the amount of the Damage Claim from you via EVERYWHERE Payments if you agree to pay or if the Damage Claim is escalated to EVERYWHERE and we deem in our sole discretion that the Damage Claim is true, and you are responsible for the Damage Claim. YOU AGREE THAT EVERYWHERE MAY SEEK RECOVERY FROM YOU UNDER ANY INSURANCE POLICIES YOU MAY MAINTAIN AND THAT EVERYWHERE MAY ALSO PURSUE AGAINST YOU ANY REMEDIES IT MAY HAVE AVAILABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING REFERRAL TO A COLLECTION AGENCY AND/OR PURSUIT OF AVAILABLE CAUSES OF ACTION AND/OR CLAI You undertake to comply in good faith, supply any information EVERYWHERE demands, execute papers, and take any reasonable action in the event of Damage Disputes, Member complaints, or other claims relating to your provision or use of villa owner Services.
Member Accounts
To access and utilize many EVERYWHERE Platform features, registration is required. Only 18-year-old or older legal organizations, partnerships, and natural people are authorized to register. You affirm and warrant that you are not a person or entity forbidden from using the EVERYWHERE Platform by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, your country of residence, or any other relevant jurisdiction. You must provide accurate, current, and full information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of your account information. You may not create multiple accounts or transfer your account to another user. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, and you may not divulge them to a third party. You are accountable and liable for any actions that occur under your account, and you must contact EVERYWHERE immediately if you feel that your credentials have been lost, stolen, or your account has been compromised in any other way. If and to the extent permitted by applicable law, we may, but are not required to:
- request identification or other information
- conduct checks to help verify your identity or background
- screen you against third-party databases or other sources and request reports from service providers
- obtain reports from public records of criminal convictions or sex offender registrations or local equivalents.
Independent Services
The EVERYWHERE Platform may contain connections to third-party websites, apps, services, or resources (collectively, “Third-Party Services”) that are governed by distinct terms and privacy policies. EVERYWHERE is not responsible or accountable for any part of these Third-Party Services, and links to them do not constitute an endorsement.
Force Majeure
EVERYWHERE shall not be held liable for any delay in performance or failure to perform resulting from causes that are beyond its reasonable control. These causes include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, epidemics, or disease, strikes or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

You will be contacted by us with any necessary administrative notifications via the email address or any other contact information that you have provided for your EVERYWHERE account. we could send you promotions occasionally.
