cancellation/ change booking and insurance policy
- Canceling or changing the booking dates can only happen before 10 calendar days of arrival and you accept that there will be no refund for the down payment (50% of the total amount)if you chose to cancel/ change it. Changing is only allowed once.
Regulations

- Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes and shisha are not allowed inside the villa
- Cars are not allowed inside the rest house. There are outside parking spaces for the villa
- The use of fireworks is not permitted
